Diane Kraft, licensed, registered dietitian, is available to patients of the practice on a consultant basis to provide telehealth and in-office nutrition services. Services may be covered (call your insurance company number on the back of your card) or may be paid out-of-pocket.
- Clinical nutrition assessment –evaluation of nutritionally relevant medical history, dietary history, laboratory values…optional services: body composition analysis and nutrition-focused physical examination;
- Nutrition coaching and nutrition education
- Dietary supplement analysis and recommendations
- Motivational-interviewing-focused dietary counseling
